A structured path that helps you work through areas that have remained resistant to change while building patterns that can continue long after the intensive ends.

What the 11 Weeks Look Like

Each week includes:

• One live guided Zoom group session.

• Steady week-to-week progression.

The live sessions are designed for meaningful engagement, clarity, discussion, and practical direction.

Groups are intentionally limited in size so participants receive real attention throughout the process.

What This Requires

DeepDive is an intensive, not casual content consumption.

Plan for approximately 3–4+ focused hours each week for:

• Reading or listening.

• Journal reflection.

• Practical application.

• Live session participation.
